Penn GEMS is a week-long summer day camp offered by University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering. It provides hands-on activities to engage middle-school students in applied science, technology, and engineering, including robotics, bioengineering, nanotechnology, materials science, graphics, and computing. (How cool is that?) This colorful brochure cleanly shows the details in a way that’s accessible yet sophisticated. We designed a new logo for the 2023 program, coordinated the digital printing and of course, T-shirts for the campers. Pressure to stay within budget and deadline just hardens our resolve. After all, it takes pressure to make a gem.
