This series of booklets for the Arts in Education Model Development and Demonstration (AEMDD) program of the U.S. Department of Education is graphically fun and rich, reflecting the subject: integrating arts into elementary and middle-school core curricula. These booklets, and a series of conference reports, have a consistent graphic look and feel, based on a variety of playful objects that can be manipulated endlessly to keep the series fresh. Produced in conjunction with Branch Associates, Inc., the project combines the rigor of social-science research with the savvy of experienced evaluators to assess if and how important social-policy interventions are working.
