The Executive Women’s Forum at Christiana Care was created to build on the success this top health system has had with promoting women to senior levels. The initiative creates programs to sustain the career development of these women by meeting their professional-growth and support needs. This six-foot by three-foot poster, designed for submission to the American Association of Medical Colleges’ Women in Medicine conference, took a bold, whimsical and colorful step beyond the text-heavy, obviously designer-free competitors.
