Penn GEMS (Girls in Engineering Math & Science) is a week-long summer day camp offered by University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering. It provides hands-on activities to engage middle-school girls in applied science, technology, and engineering, including robotics, bioengineering, nanotechnology, materials science, graphics, and computing. (How cool is that?) This small-G gem of a brochure happened in a hurry but no worries: aggressive deadlines just add fuel to our creative fire. This colorful brochure cleanly shows the details in a way that’s accessible yet sophisticated. Of course, we also coordinated the digital printing. Pressure to stay within budget and deadline just hardens our resolve. After all, it takes pressure to make a gem.
